【摘要】：2013年中東形勢出現(xiàn)新變化:埃及政治轉(zhuǎn)型陷入新的重組,敘利亞內(nèi)政在伊斯蘭激進分子的參與下更加混亂,伊朗核問題在魯哈尼上臺后有重大突破,巴以在國界、難民安置等問題上也有進展。這些變化中美國的主導因素在下降,中國與中東國家在能源、地緣戰(zhàn)略利益等方面的依賴在加強。中國順應這種局勢的變化,就巴以沖突、敘利亞危機和伊朗核問題等提出主張,并積極推動解決。
[Abstract]:In 2013, there were new changes in the situation in the Middle East: Egypt's political transition was plunged into a new restructuring, Syria's internal affairs became more chaotic with the participation of Islamic militants, the Iranian nuclear issue made a major breakthrough after Rouhani took office, and Palestine and Israel were on the border. Progress has also been made on issues such as refugee resettlement. America's dominant factor in these changes is declining, and China and the Middle East are increasingly dependent on energy, geo-strategic interests, and so on. China responded to the changes in the situation, put forward proposals on the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, the Syrian crisis and the Iranian nuclear issue, and actively pushed for a settlement.
