【摘要】：1553年英國(guó)人錢塞勒航抵俄國(guó)北方海岸,俄國(guó)與英國(guó)建立直接聯(lián)系。俄國(guó)需要英國(guó)的工業(yè)產(chǎn)品和工匠,而英國(guó)則需要俄國(guó)的原材料商品,并希望通過俄國(guó)開拓前往中國(guó)的商路。交往初期,沙皇伊凡四世不斷賜予英國(guó)商人經(jīng)濟(jì)特權(quán),英國(guó)由此確立了在俄市場(chǎng)上的貿(mào)易壟斷地位。伊凡四世發(fā)動(dòng)立窩尼亞戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)后,提出與英國(guó)建立政治聯(lián)盟,英國(guó)女王伊麗莎白一世因無意參與政治糾紛而謝絕了沙皇的提議。沙皇以經(jīng)濟(jì)利益為要挾欲迫使英國(guó)答應(yīng)結(jié)盟,雙方圍繞政治與經(jīng)濟(jì)利益在外交領(lǐng)域展開了斗爭(zhēng)。最終,在立窩尼亞戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)上失敗的俄國(guó)未能如愿。
[Abstract]:In 1553 the Englishman Chansler sailed to the northern coast of Russia, where direct links were established between Russia and Britain. Russia needs British industrial products and craftsmen, while Britain needs Russian raw materials and goods and hopes to open up trade routes to China through Russia. At the beginning of the exchange, Tsar Ivan IV continuously granted economic privileges to British businessmen, which established Britain's monopoly position in the Russian market. Queen Elizabeth I rejected the Tsar's proposal for an unintentional involvement in political disputes after the Ivan IV war in Virginia proposed a political alliance with Britain. The Tsar's threat of economic interests forced Britain to agree to an alliance, and the two sides fought over political and economic interests in the diplomatic arena. In the end, Russia, which failed on the battlefield of Virginia, failed to do so.
