【摘要】：近幾年中國頻繁和周邊國家爆發(fā)"命名沖突"。然而學界對于"命名"在中國國家戰(zhàn)略中的地位,一直認識不足。部分政府官員、媒體和學者往往容易把命名看成現(xiàn)實的標簽,而忽視了命名建構(gòu)現(xiàn)實作用。其實自19世紀以來,以中國"天下觀"主導的國際文化秩序遭受到西方主導的殖民擴張主義和民族主義沖擊后,"命名"往往成為周邊國家"去中國化",宣示主權(quán)的手段之一。而在命名"去中國化"過程中,中國和周邊國家關(guān)于主權(quán)的想象也一直處在一種對中國不利的動態(tài)變遷之中。當今條件下,如何有效地管控命名行為及其背后的國際爭端,實現(xiàn)命名"再中國化",建構(gòu)國際社會于我有利的主權(quán)想象,也許是值得研究的重要課題。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China has had frequent "naming conflicts" with neighboring countries. However, scholars have not known enough about the status of "naming" in China's national strategy. Some government officials, media and scholars tend to regard naming as the label of reality and ignore the role of naming construction in reality. In fact, since the 19th century, the international cultural order dominated by China's "view of the world" has been subjected to the impact of western-led colonial expansionism and nationalism, and "naming" has often become a "de-Sinicization" of neighboring countries. One of the means of declaring sovereignty. In the process of naming "de-Sinicization", the imagination of China and its neighboring countries about sovereignty has always been in a dynamic change which is disadvantageous to China. Under the present conditions, how to effectively control the naming behavior and the international disputes behind it, realize the "re-Sinicization" of naming, and construct the sovereign imagination beneficial to the international community may be an important subject worthy of study.
