【摘要】：權(quán)力模式問題是國際關(guān)系研究中的一個重大理論與現(xiàn)實問題。權(quán)力模式形成于行為體間的互動關(guān)系之中,特定的權(quán)力模式,建構(gòu)起國際行為體間特定的關(guān)系形態(tài),從而實現(xiàn)了國際體系中權(quán)力與生產(chǎn)性要素的分布態(tài)勢與流動模式。無論是宏觀體系運行的態(tài)勢還是微觀行為體互動的結(jié)果,對權(quán)力模式的理解與分析都可以成為透視國際政治迷局的重要的理論鑰匙。在國際關(guān)系理論譜系中,傳統(tǒng)現(xiàn)實主義與國際關(guān)系發(fā)展進(jìn)程中根深蒂固的沖突傳統(tǒng)與零和觀念相對接,在權(quán)力來源、權(quán)力歸屬、行為邏輯與體系效應(yīng)等方面形成了一整套相對成熟的有關(guān)權(quán)力模式的假說和論斷。新自由主義以制度為中介、建構(gòu)主義以觀念進(jìn)行邏輯推演,構(gòu)建了行為體間新穎的權(quán)力形態(tài)。雖然它們在行為體的界定方面各有側(cè)重,但都將結(jié)構(gòu)(或體系)視為一種宏觀抽象的背景性因素,有意無意地淡化了體系的根本屬性,即將體系看做一種具體的、歷史的政治過程、觀念過程與生產(chǎn)過程。
[Abstract]:The problem of power model is an important theoretical and practical problem in the study of international relations. The power model is formed in the interactive relationship between the actors, and the specific power model constructs the specific relationship form among the international actors, thus realizing the distribution and flow pattern of the power and productive elements in the international system. Whether it is the situation of macro-system operation or the result of interaction between micro-actors, the understanding and analysis of the power model can be an important theoretical key to the perspective of the international political puzzle. In the theoretical pedigree of international relations, the traditional realism and the deep-rooted conflict tradition in the development of international relations are connected with the zero-sum concept, in the source of power and the attribution of power. Behavioral logic and system effects form a set of relatively mature hypotheses and judgments about power patterns. Neo-liberalism takes institution as intermediary, constructivism deduces logic by concept, and constructs novel power form among actors. Although they have their own emphasis on the definition of actors, they regard the structure (or system) as a macro-abstract background factor, which, consciously or unintentionally, undermines the fundamental attributes of the system, that is, the system as a concrete one, Historical political process, conceptual process and production process.
