南海歷史地理爭端空間分布與關聯(lián)性研究

【摘要】:南海占我國海洋國土的2/3,不僅是中國國家安全的天然屏障和重要的出海口與戰(zhàn)略通道,而且是我國未來重要的能源接續(xù)區(qū)與資源基地、地緣政治經濟問題的多發(fā)區(qū)。對南海爭端發(fā)展態(tài)勢進行空間分布與關聯(lián)性GIS分析,是重要的輔助決策支持。結果表明:(1)文獻研究和網絡爬蟲等方法可以快速有效地獲取南海爭端歷史地理數(shù)據(jù),GIS技術能夠對南海爭端歷史地理數(shù)據(jù)進行時空變化的深入分析;(2)就爭端事件的時間分布而言,事件數(shù)量隨時間推進呈現(xiàn)顯著增長,個別發(fā)生重大南海爭端事件的年份出現(xiàn)突增的現(xiàn)象;(3)就爭端事件的空間分布而言,與越南及菲律賓相關的南海爭端事件尤甚,其他周邊國家則相對較少,這主要源于越菲兩國的戰(zhàn)略利益與南海所在區(qū)域交疊,使得越菲不斷挑起事端;(4)越南、菲律賓與馬來西亞等國的利益訴求區(qū)主要位于南沙群島,各國訴求區(qū)分布明確,局部交錯。網絡GIS技術豐富了歷史地理研究的途徑,為其提供了新的思路和方法。
[Abstract]:The South China Sea, which accounts for 2 to 3 of China's maritime territory, is not only a natural barrier to China's national security and an important outlet and strategic channel, but also an important energy contiguous area and resource base in the future, as well as a frequently occurring area of geopolitical and economic problems. Spatial distribution and relevance GIS analysis of dispute development in the South China Sea is an important auxiliary decision support. The results show that: (1) the methods of literature research and web crawler can obtain the historical geographic data of the South China Sea dispute quickly and effectively, and the GIS technology can analyze the spatial and temporal variation of the historical geographical data of the dispute in the South China Sea. (2) as far as the time distribution of dispute events is concerned, the number of events increases significantly with the advance of time, and the number of events in the South China Sea increases abruptly in the years in which major disputes occur in the South China Sea. (3) as far as the spatial distribution of disputes is concerned, the disputes in the South China Sea related to Vietnam and the Philippines are particularly serious, while the other neighbouring countries are relatively few. This is mainly due to the overlap between the strategic interests of the two countries and the region in which the South China Sea is located. Make Yue Fei incessant to stir up trouble; (4) the interest claim areas of Vietnam, the Philippines and Malaysia are mainly located in the Spratly Islands, and the appeal areas of each country are clearly distributed and partly crisscrossed. Network GIS technology enriches the way of historical geography research, and provides new ideas and methods for it.
