【摘要】： 老撾和中國是山水相連的友好鄰邦,兩國人民自古以來和睦相處。進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)后,老中兩國的友好合作關(guān)系獲得了全面發(fā)展,無論是在政治還是經(jīng)濟(jì)合作等領(lǐng)域都取得了一定的重大成就。目前國際形勢復(fù)雜變化,因此在兩國良好合作關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上,研究老中關(guān)系的未來發(fā)展趨勢,尤其是在國際局勢變化的影響下,對其未來可能會(huì)發(fā)生的矛盾和利益的變化做出一定的分析和研究,對維護(hù)兩國的根本利益,特別是維護(hù)老撾的獨(dú)立,主權(quán)與發(fā)展都有著十分重要的意義。 文章在導(dǎo)論部分主要通過對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的搜集和閱讀來提取相關(guān)的觀點(diǎn),這包括相關(guān)學(xué)者的研究成果,會(huì)議記錄,各種報(bào)告,報(bào)紙的分析,社論等各種形式的資料,進(jìn)而形成自己在老中關(guān)系上的認(rèn)識(shí)的一種方法。 除導(dǎo)論部分外,本文共分成三章： 第一章：革命至20世紀(jì)70年代末的老撾對華政策與老中關(guān)系的確立。第一章主要介紹老撾在革命以及解放初期的老中合作與雙邊之間的關(guān)系的歷史發(fā)展,主要是以歷史資料來展開研究和分析。 第二章：20世紀(jì)80年代的老撾對華政策的變化及其原因。這一章主要分析研究在國際形勢變化的影響下,老中關(guān)系曲折發(fā)展的形勢,主要研究分析老撾當(dāng)時(shí)的政策和國際形勢對老撾影響。 第三章：20世紀(jì)90年代后老撾對華政策與老中關(guān)系的穩(wěn)固發(fā)展。最后一章主要探討分析、研究老中關(guān)系從90年代之后到21世紀(jì)之初,以及在未來老中關(guān)系無論是在政治還是經(jīng)濟(jì)合作領(lǐng)域方面的發(fā)展趨勢與前景。
[Abstract]:Laos and China are friendly neighbors linked by mountains and rivers. The two peoples have lived in harmony since ancient times. After entering the 21st century, the friendly and cooperative relations between Laos and China have developed in an all-round way, and have made great achievements in political and economic cooperation. The current international situation is complex and changing. Therefore, on the basis of the good cooperative relations between the two countries, the future development trend of Lao-China relations is studied, especially under the influence of the changes in the international situation. It is of great significance to analyze and study the possible contradictions and changes of interests in the future to safeguard the fundamental interests of the two countries, especially to safeguard the independence, sovereignty and development of Laos. In the introduction part of the article, the relevant viewpoints are extracted by collecting and reading the relevant literature at home and abroad. This includes the research results, meeting notes, various reports, newspaper analysis, editorials, and other forms of materials of relevant scholars. And then form their own understanding of the old-China relationship a method. In addition to the introduction, this paper is divided into three chapters: chapter one: Laos' policy towards China and the establishment of Lao- China relations from the revolution to the end of 1970s. The first chapter mainly introduces the historical development of Laozhou-China cooperation and bilateral relations in the revolution and the early liberation of Laos, mainly through historical data to carry out research and analysis. Chapter two: the change and reason of Laos' China policy in 1980's. Under the influence of the changes of international situation, this chapter mainly studies the tortuous development of Lao-China relations, and mainly analyzes the policy of Laos at that time and the influence of international situation on Laos. Chapter three: Laos' policy toward China and stable development of Laotian-China relations after 1990 s. The last chapter mainly discusses the development trend and prospect of Lao-China relations from the 1990s to the beginning of the 21st century, and in the future, whether in the field of political or economic cooperation.
