【摘要】：2015年初以來(lái),也門局勢(shì)動(dòng)蕩急劇升級(jí)。2月6日,也門胡塞武裝組織宣布成立總統(tǒng)委員會(huì)和全國(guó)過(guò)渡委員會(huì);3月26日,應(yīng)也門總統(tǒng)哈迪求助,沙特等國(guó)對(duì)胡塞武裝展開(kāi)越境軍事打擊。也門國(guó)內(nèi)恐怖主義勢(shì)力日益猖獗,并乘政局動(dòng)蕩之機(jī)興風(fēng)作浪�？植乐髁x與也門國(guó)內(nèi)惡劣的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)環(huán)境和長(zhǎng)期動(dòng)蕩的政治局勢(shì)相互作用,產(chǎn)生聯(lián)動(dòng)效應(yīng)。也門國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)方面不斷加強(qiáng)對(duì)也門恐怖主義問(wèn)題的管控,主要采取了經(jīng)濟(jì)援助、政治調(diào)停、軍事反恐三種手段。也門政治穩(wěn)定短期內(nèi)難以恢復(fù),如何優(yōu)化管控措施、遏制恐怖主義將是今后相當(dāng)長(zhǎng)時(shí)期內(nèi)應(yīng)對(duì)也門問(wèn)題時(shí)需要努力破解的一大難題。
[Abstract]:The situation in Yemen has escalated dramatically since the beginning of 2015. On 6 February, the Yemeni Houthi Armed Group announced the establishment of the Presidential Council and the National Transitional Council; March 26, at the request of Yemeni President Hadi, Saudi Arabia and other countries launched a cross-border military strike against Houthis. Yemen's domestic terrorist forces are increasingly rampant, and take the opportunity of political instability to stir up trouble. Terrorism interacts with the adverse economic and social environment and the political situation in Yemen. Domestic and foreign parties in Yemen have constantly strengthened the control of terrorism in Yemen, mainly by means of economic assistance, political mediation and military anti-terrorism. Political stability in Yemen is hard to recover in the short term. How to optimize controls and curb terrorism will be a big problem in dealing with Yemen for a long time to come.
