【摘要】：2013年中國外交關于構建海陸絲綢之路的戰(zhàn)略構想舉世矚目。"兩個絲路"的構建是我國國際影響逐步外溢的客觀需要,是中國加強與歐亞非地區(qū)緊密經(jīng)濟合作的巧妙形式。它們橫貫歐亞大陸、貫穿太平洋和印度洋,是中國與國際社會構建利益共同體的戰(zhàn)略之梯。為此,要繼續(xù)夯實海陸絲綢之路沿線國家的政治關系,增強戰(zhàn)略互信;加強各國在安全領域的交流與合作;以點帶面、從線到片,逐步形成區(qū)域大合作;要最大限度地彰顯張騫出使西域和鄭和下西洋的歷史作用和歷史價值,將政治關系優(yōu)勢、經(jīng)濟互補優(yōu)勢轉化為務實合作優(yōu)勢,把我國同歐亞非國家的互利合作推向新的歷史高度。
[Abstract]:In 2013, China's diplomatic strategy of building a sea and land Silk Road attracted worldwide attention. The construction of "two Silk roads" is an objective need for the gradual spillover of China's international influence and a clever form for China to strengthen close economic cooperation with Eurasian and African regions. They traverse Eurasia, the Pacific Ocean and the Indian Ocean, and are the strategic ladder for China to build a community of interests with the international community. To this end, it is necessary to continue to consolidate the political relations of the countries along the maritime and land Silk Road, strengthen strategic mutual trust, strengthen exchanges and cooperation among countries in the field of security, and gradually form a major regional cooperation from line to film. It is necessary to maximize the historical role and historical value of Zhang Qian's missions to the Western regions and Zheng he's voyages to transform the advantages of political relations and economic complementarities into practical and cooperative advantages. To push China's mutually beneficial cooperation with Eurasia and non-states to a new historical high.
