【摘要】：2013年中國(guó)外交關(guān)于構(gòu)建海陸絲綢之路的戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想舉世矚目。"兩個(gè)絲路"的構(gòu)建是我國(guó)國(guó)際影響逐步外溢的客觀需要,是中國(guó)加強(qiáng)與歐亞非地區(qū)緊密經(jīng)濟(jì)合作的巧妙形式。它們橫貫歐亞大陸、貫穿太平洋和印度洋,是中國(guó)與國(guó)際社會(huì)構(gòu)建利益共同體的戰(zhàn)略之梯。為此,要繼續(xù)夯實(shí)海陸絲綢之路沿線國(guó)家的政治關(guān)系,增強(qiáng)戰(zhàn)略互信;加強(qiáng)各國(guó)在安全領(lǐng)域的交流與合作;以點(diǎn)帶面、從線到片,逐步形成區(qū)域大合作;要最大限度地彰顯張騫出使西域和鄭和下西洋的歷史作用和歷史價(jià)值,將政治關(guān)系優(yōu)勢(shì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)互補(bǔ)優(yōu)勢(shì)轉(zhuǎn)化為務(wù)實(shí)合作優(yōu)勢(shì),把我國(guó)同歐亞非國(guó)家的互利合作推向新的歷史高度。
[Abstract]:In 2013, China's diplomatic strategy of building a sea and land Silk Road attracted worldwide attention. The construction of "two Silk roads" is an objective need for the gradual spillover of China's international influence and a clever form for China to strengthen close economic cooperation with Eurasian and African regions. They traverse Eurasia, the Pacific Ocean and the Indian Ocean, and are the strategic ladder for China to build a community of interests with the international community. To this end, it is necessary to continue to consolidate the political relations of the countries along the maritime and land Silk Road, strengthen strategic mutual trust, strengthen exchanges and cooperation among countries in the field of security, and gradually form a major regional cooperation from line to film. It is necessary to maximize the historical role and historical value of Zhang Qian's missions to the Western regions and Zheng he's voyages to transform the advantages of political relations and economic complementarities into practical and cooperative advantages. To push China's mutually beneficial cooperation with Eurasia and non-states to a new historical high.
