【摘要】：第二次世界大戰(zhàn)結(jié)束已經(jīng)近70年，，同為戰(zhàn)敗國(guó)的德、日兩國(guó)在戰(zhàn)后走上了相似的發(fā)展道路，但對(duì)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)卻展現(xiàn)出了截然相反的態(tài)度。德國(guó)從政府機(jī)構(gòu)到普通民眾，始終展現(xiàn)出一種負(fù)責(zé)任的態(tài)度，從思想上認(rèn)真反省道歉，從經(jīng)濟(jì)上積極給予受害者賠償，從政治上堅(jiān)定實(shí)施民主制度，從法律上斷然取締新納粹組織，這一系列措施不但使德國(guó)擺脫了過(guò)往那種鐵血外交政策，也加深了歐洲的一體化融合，推動(dòng)了歐洲的和平及共同發(fā)展。而反觀日本，卻在右傾的道路上越走越遠(yuǎn)，歷史教科書(shū)問(wèn)題、慰安婦問(wèn)題、靖國(guó)神社問(wèn)題、領(lǐng)土問(wèn)題等使日本與中、韓、俄等鄰國(guó)的關(guān)系日益惡化，成為東亞地區(qū)一個(gè)重要的不穩(wěn)定因素。 造成以上不同的原因有很多，本文從以下幾個(gè)方面對(duì)德、日兩國(guó)不同歷史觀進(jìn)行研究：1、兩國(guó)不同態(tài)度及表現(xiàn)形式。以時(shí)間為主線分析兩國(guó)二戰(zhàn)歷史觀的建立及發(fā)展過(guò)程；2、分析兩國(guó)對(duì)二戰(zhàn)史態(tài)度產(chǎn)生如此大差異的原因。從宗教、占領(lǐng)國(guó)政策、地緣政治環(huán)境等方面進(jìn)行對(duì)比；3、說(shuō)明兩國(guó)不同歷史觀對(duì)國(guó)民及國(guó)內(nèi)外政治環(huán)境的影響。最后，本文將綜合以上對(duì)比研究的過(guò)程形成結(jié)論，即日本在通過(guò)掩蓋歷史真相規(guī)避戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)罪行的手段是行不通的，必須以史為鑒，通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)德國(guó)的正確做法，努力取得受害國(guó)原諒，才能最終成為一個(gè)被普遍接受的國(guó)家，真正融入世界大家庭中。
[Abstract]:The end of the Second World War, which was nearly 70 years after the end of the Second World War, was on the path of a similar development after the war, but with the opposite attitude to the war. Germany, from the government agencies to the general population, has always shown a responsible attitude, from the ideological and earnest reflection of the apology, from the economy to the victim's compensation, the political and firm implementation of the democratic system, and the elimination of neo-Nazi organizations from the law, The series of measures not only allowed Germany to rid the previous foreign policy of iron and blood, but also deepened the integration of Europe, and promoted peace and common development in Europe. On the other hand, the relationship between Japan and the neighboring countries such as China, South Korea and Russia is getting worse and becomes an important and unstable factor in the East Asia. There are many reasons for different reasons. This paper studies the different historical views of Germany and Japan from the following aspects: 1. Different attitudes and expressions of the two countries the process of establishing and developing the historical view of the second world war in two countries by time-based line; and analyzing the differences between the two countries in the history of the second world war. in contrast to that aspect of religion, the policy of the occupying power, the geo-political environment, and the reflection of the different historical views of the two countries on the political environment at home and abroad In the end, the conclusion of the above comparative study is to be concluded, that is, Japan's attempt to avoid the war crimes by masking the historical truth is not feasible, and it is necessary to try to obtain the injured State by studying the correct practice in Germany.
