【摘要】：本文以中國(guó)與東南亞的能源外交為研究對(duì)象，探究在能源地緣政治中，中國(guó)與東南亞能源外交的重要性、必要性及中國(guó)對(duì)東南亞能源外交中面臨的問(wèn)題和挑戰(zhàn)。在中國(guó)的能源外交中，中國(guó)與東南亞能源外交具有舉足輕重的作用。東南亞有著豐富的能源資源，既是中青團(tuán)國(guó)的能源進(jìn)口地區(qū)，也是重要的能源輸出地區(qū)，，東南亞地區(qū)能源市場(chǎng)的穩(wěn)定、能源需求與供給的平衡也是中國(guó)能源安全的重要內(nèi)容。中國(guó)與東南亞的能源外交與能源政策是中國(guó)的能源安全、能源戰(zhàn)略保證與實(shí)施的重點(diǎn)。 本文以中國(guó)與東南亞的能源外交為切入點(diǎn)進(jìn)行研究，論述中國(guó)與東南亞能源外交政策與戰(zhàn)略的制定和發(fā)展，包括中國(guó)與東南亞能源外交的歷史與現(xiàn)狀、中國(guó)與東南亞能源外交的合作模式與機(jī)制、中國(guó)與東南亞地區(qū)應(yīng)如何應(yīng)對(duì)國(guó)際能源與政治環(huán)境帶來(lái)的壓力、中國(guó)與東南亞能源外交中所面臨的問(wèn)題及如何妥善利用外交手段解決地區(qū)能源問(wèn)題，以期待對(duì)中國(guó)及東南亞地區(qū)資源開(kāi)發(fā)利用及能源貿(mào)易與合作、能源戰(zhàn)略的制定有所幫助。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the energy diplomacy of China and Southeast Asia as the research object, and probes into the importance, necessity and problems and challenges of energy diplomacy between China and Southeast Asia in the energy geopolitics. Energy diplomacy between China and Southeast Asia plays an important role in China's energy diplomacy. Southeast Asia is rich in energy resources, which is not only the energy import area of Zhongyuntuan, but also the important energy export region. The stability of energy market in Southeast Asia and the balance of energy demand and supply are also the important contents of China's energy security. The energy diplomacy and policy of China and Southeast Asia are the key points of China's energy security, energy strategy guarantee and implementation. This paper takes the energy diplomacy of China and Southeast Asia as the starting point, and discusses the formulation and development of China and Southeast Asia energy diplomacy policy and strategy, including the history and present situation of China and Southeast Asia energy diplomacy. The mode and mechanism of cooperation between China and Southeast Asia in energy diplomacy, and how China and Southeast Asia should deal with the pressure brought by the international energy and political environment. The problems faced by China and Southeast Asia in energy diplomacy and how to properly use diplomatic means to solve regional energy problems are expected to be helpful to the development and utilization of resources, energy trade and cooperation, and the formulation of energy strategy in China and Southeast Asia.
