【摘要】：特朗普當(dāng)選美國總統(tǒng)之后,美國外交出現(xiàn)新動向,中美關(guān)系也面臨新的變數(shù)。特朗普政府對于美國國家利益的認(rèn)知和排序有了新的調(diào)整,這和中國政府對于中國國家利益的排序與認(rèn)知形成新的互動。以利益變化為基礎(chǔ),在特朗普時期中美將出現(xiàn)五大領(lǐng)域的角色轉(zhuǎn)換,預(yù)示著中美關(guān)系在中短期內(nèi)的雙邊互動模式。長期而言,中美關(guān)系的發(fā)展趨勢是走向均衡。特朗普當(dāng)選可能是加速了中美關(guān)系均衡時代的到來。中美兩國在實(shí)力大致接近的均衡階段,要盡快形成彼此認(rèn)同和接受的秩序安排,共同促成權(quán)力的共處或者轉(zhuǎn)移。
[Abstract]:After Trump's election as US president, there are new trends in American diplomacy and new variables in the relations between China and the United States. The Trump administration has made a new adjustment to the understanding and ranking of the national interests of the United States, which has formed a new interaction with the Chinese government's understanding of the national interests of China. Based on the change of interests, there will be a change of roles between China and the United States in five major areas during the Trump period, which indicates the pattern of bilateral interaction between China and the United States in the short and medium term. In the long run, the trend of development of Sino-American relations is towards equilibrium. Trump's election may have hastened the arrival of an era of balanced relations between China and the United States. China and the United States, at the equilibrium stage of roughly approaching strength, should form an order arrangement of mutual recognition and acceptance as soon as possible so as to jointly promote the coexistence or transfer of power.
