【摘要】：越境打擊已成為當(dāng)前阿富汗—巴基斯坦邊境地區(qū)最為頻繁、爭議最多的一種軍事行動。阿富汗新政府、美國和北約多次威脅或?qū)嵤┰骄炒驌艋顒?對巴基斯坦境內(nèi)的塔利班、本·拉登勢力和部族武裝分子進(jìn)行了猛烈打擊,這對阿巴關(guān)系、美巴關(guān)系都產(chǎn)生了諸多負(fù)面影響。巴基斯坦無力解決境內(nèi)割據(jù)的暴力組織又不愿假手他人,這成為越境打擊的主因。只有美阿巴加強(qiáng)跨界反恐合作和合法越境打擊,才能實(shí)現(xiàn)共贏的局面。
[Abstract]:Cross-border strikes have become the most frequent and controversial military operation along the Afghanistan-Pakistan border. The new Afghan government, the United States and NATO have repeatedly threatened or carried out cross-border strikes against the Taliban, bin Laden forces and tribal militants in Pakistan. Us-Pakistan relations have had many negative effects. Pakistan's inability to deal with separatist violence and its reluctance to fake others has been the main cause of cross-border attacks. Only by strengthening anti-terrorism cooperation and legitimate cross-border strikes can the US-ABA achieve a win-win situation.
