【摘要】：構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體是新時(shí)代中國特色大國外交的核心命題,是對(duì)人類成長困境和挑戰(zhàn)的積極回應(yīng),是中國外交哲學(xué)的核心關(guān)照,是給予世界未來藍(lán)圖的中國方案。以戰(zhàn)略時(shí)空方位、戰(zhàn)略角色和戰(zhàn)略向度測度外交戰(zhàn)略定位是實(shí)施大國外交的邏輯前提。積極提升外交的世界性思維能力、強(qiáng)化國家戰(zhàn)略意志力量、夯實(shí)外交戰(zhàn)略定力是中國特色大國外交方程的動(dòng)力引擎。必須警示外交思維和戰(zhàn)略策動(dòng):繁榮而穩(wěn)定、自信而自覺的中國對(duì)自己、對(duì)世界格外的重要。
[Abstract]:The construction of human destiny community is the core proposition of great power diplomacy with Chinese characteristics in the new era, the positive response to the predicament and challenge of human growth, the core concern of China's diplomatic philosophy, and the Chinese plan to give the world a blueprint for the future. It is the logical premise of implementing great power diplomacy to measure diplomatic strategic orientation in terms of strategic space-time orientation, strategic role and strategic orientation. It is the dynamic engine of the diplomatic equation of the great powers with Chinese characteristics to actively promote the worldwide thinking ability of diplomacy, strengthen the national strategic will force, and consolidate the diplomatic strategic determination force. Diplomatic thinking and strategy must be warned that a prosperous and stable, confident and conscious China is particularly important to the world.
