【摘要】：快速崛起的中國(guó)和美國(guó)在東亞區(qū)域的結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾將長(zhǎng)期存在,美強(qiáng)中弱的大格局在中短期內(nèi)不會(huì)明顯改變。東亞區(qū)域內(nèi)所有重大問題無(wú)不受此矛盾的制約,東亞各國(guó)的外交政策也均會(huì)受到中美關(guān)系的影響。東亞新的國(guó)際秩序和安全架構(gòu)正在重組和形成中。中美之間"兼容共存"將成為東亞區(qū)域的核心政治架構(gòu)。中美和平相處、互利共贏及其可能達(dá)到的合作水平和深度,將對(duì)東亞區(qū)域安全的發(fā)展形態(tài)和實(shí)際進(jìn)度,產(chǎn)生至關(guān)重要的影響,也是中國(guó)在21世紀(jì)的第二個(gè)十年甚至更長(zhǎng)的時(shí)間內(nèi)能否取得和平建設(shè)的安定環(huán)境的重要因素。
[Abstract]:The structural contradiction between the rapidly rising China and the United States in the East Asian region will exist for a long time, and the large pattern of the strong, the middle and the weak of the United States will not change significantly in the short and medium term. All the major issues in East Asia are bound by this contradiction, and the foreign policy of East Asian countries will be influenced by the relationship between China and the United States. The new international order and security architecture in East Asia is being restructured and formed. Compatible coexistence between China and the United States will be the core political structure in East Asia. The level and depth of cooperation that China and the United States can achieve in peace, mutual benefit and win-win cooperation will have a crucial impact on the shape and actual progress of the development of regional security in East Asia, It is also an important factor in the peace-building environment for China in the second decade or more of the 21st century.
