【摘要】：回顧2013年國際形勢,總體是依舊錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜、動(dòng)蕩多變。主要表現(xiàn)在以下幾個(gè)方面:全球金融危機(jī)后續(xù)效應(yīng)明顯,發(fā)達(dá)國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇乏力,新興市場國家與發(fā)展中國家經(jīng)濟(jì)增速放緩,但財(cái)政基本面好于發(fā)達(dá)國家;美國奧巴馬政府內(nèi)外處境尷尬,棱鏡門事件更使其信譽(yù)受損;歐盟依然經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢持續(xù)低迷,內(nèi)部矛盾增多,未來前途迷茫,正在緩慢走向衰落;中東亂局依舊,正呈現(xiàn)一些具有長遠(yuǎn)影響的新變化;中國在內(nèi)政、外交方面都取得了令世人矚目的成就,成為2013年國際形勢中最大的亮點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Looking back at the international situation in 2013, the overall situation remains intricate and volatile. The main aspects are as follows: the follow-up effect of the global financial crisis is obvious, the economic recovery of developed countries is weak, the economic growth rate of emerging market countries and developing countries is slowing, but the fiscal fundamentals are better than those of developed countries; The US Obama administration is in an awkward situation both inside and outside, and the Prism Gate incident has damaged its credibility; the European Union is still in the doldrums, the internal contradictions are increasing, the future is confused, and the future is slowly declining; The turmoil in the Middle East is still taking on some new changes with long-term implications. China has made remarkable achievements in domestic and foreign affairs and has become the biggest bright spot in the international situation in 2013.
