【摘要】：2015年7月,奧巴馬政府發(fā)表了第二份美國(guó)《國(guó)家軍事戰(zhàn)略》報(bào)告。報(bào)告對(duì)當(dāng)前的戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境、軍事安全、軍事戰(zhàn)略以及軍隊(duì)建設(shè)等方面進(jìn)行了全面論述。與4年前相比,報(bào)告在美國(guó)軍事戰(zhàn)略上出現(xiàn)了許多新變化,特別值得注意的是,提出了新的作戰(zhàn)目標(biāo)和軍隊(duì)建設(shè)方向。對(duì)這些新變化我們應(yīng)當(dāng)予以高度關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:In July 2015, the Obama administration released its second National military Strategy report. The report comprehensively discusses the current strategic environment, military security, military strategy and military construction. Compared with four years ago, the report shows many new changes in US military strategy. We should pay great attention to these new changes.
