【摘要】：正當(dāng)今世界,權(quán)力中心多元化(分散)和權(quán)力集中(若干極)的兩種趨勢(shì)并行發(fā)展的現(xiàn)象日益明顯。在討論這兩種趨勢(shì)的時(shí)候,我們都離不開(kāi)對(duì)其中兩大重要的行為體——中國(guó)與歐盟的分析和研究。但是由于中國(guó)與歐盟分屬于東西方,其歷史文化傳統(tǒng)和現(xiàn)實(shí)政治經(jīng)濟(jì)等都存在重大的差異,對(duì)雙方關(guān)系的認(rèn)知不免出現(xiàn)誤解。如何認(rèn)識(shí)這些誤解的來(lái)源和運(yùn)行機(jī)制?如何對(duì)未來(lái)的中歐關(guān)系加以預(yù)測(cè)?如何避免這些誤解所產(chǎn)生的障礙并能推動(dòng)中歐關(guān)系取得長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展?清華大學(xué)中歐關(guān)系研究中心與荷蘭格羅寧根大學(xué)國(guó)際關(guān)系與國(guó)際組織學(xué)系于2013年10月26日在清華紫光國(guó)際會(huì)議中心舉辦了"中歐關(guān)系中的誤解"學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)。此次研討
[Abstract]:In today's world, it is increasingly obvious that the two trends of power center diversification (decentralization) and power concentration (several poles) develop in parallel. In discussing these two trends, we need analysis and research on the two major actors-China and the European Union. However, since China and the European Union belong to the East and West, there are significant differences in their historical and cultural traditions and political and economic reality, so there are misunderstandings about the relationship between the two countries. How to understand the origin and operation mechanism of these misunderstandings? How to predict the future of China-EU relations? How can we avoid the obstacles caused by these misunderstandings and promote the development of China-EU relations by leaps and bounds?
