論美國在阿富汗的反恐戰(zhàn)爭

【摘要】：2001年9月11日,美國發(fā)生了舉世震驚的“9·11”恐怖襲擊事件�！�9·11”事件發(fā)生后,美國政府認定奧薩馬·本·拉丹及其領(lǐng)導的“基地”組織策劃并實施了此次恐怖襲擊事件。2001年10月7日,美國以阿富汗塔利班政權(quán)庇護本·拉丹為由發(fā)動了阿富汗戰(zhàn)爭。阿富汗戰(zhàn)爭進行了將近10年時間,可是美國仍然身陷其中不能順利結(jié)束。阿富汗戰(zhàn)爭的原因令人深思,美國發(fā)動阿富汗戰(zhàn)爭的戰(zhàn)略目標究竟何在?小布什總統(tǒng)時期和奧巴馬總統(tǒng)當前任期美國在阿富汗戰(zhàn)爭中的戰(zhàn)略有何異同。作為當今世界上惟一的超級大國,美國發(fā)動阿富汗戰(zhàn)爭必然會對阿富汗周邊的地緣政治格局產(chǎn)生影響。阿富汗又是中國的鄰國,關(guān)注并研究這一重要事件具有現(xiàn)實意義。 本文共三個部分,第一部分,主要分析美國發(fā)動阿富汗戰(zhàn)爭的原因;第二部分,結(jié)合美國在阿富汗的反恐戰(zhàn)爭實際,分析小布什時期和奧巴馬上任以來美國在阿富汗戰(zhàn)爭中的戰(zhàn)略變化;第三部分,從地緣政治視角分析美國的阿富汗戰(zhàn)爭可能給中亞地區(qū)、俄羅斯和中國帶來的影響。
[Abstract]:On September 11, 2001, the United States was shocked by the "11 September" terrorist attacks. The U.S. government believes Osama bin Laden and his al-Qaeda organization planned and carried out the terrorist attack. On October 7, 2001, the United States launched the Afghan war on the pretext that the Afghan Taliban regime had sheltered bin Laden. The war in Afghanistan has been going on for nearly a decade, but America is still stuck in it. The reasons for the war in Afghanistan are thought-provoking. What is the strategic goal of the United States in launching the war in Afghanistan? What are the similarities and differences between President George W. Bush and President Obama's current American strategy in the war in Afghanistan? As the only superpower in the world today, the American war in Afghanistan will inevitably have an impact on the geopolitical situation around Afghanistan. Afghanistan is also a neighboring country of China. It is of practical significance to pay attention to and study this important event. There are three parts in this paper. The first part mainly analyzes the causes of the American war in Afghanistan. The second part, combined with the reality of the American war on terror in Afghanistan, analyzes the strategic changes of the United States in the war in Afghanistan during the Bush era and since Obama took office. The third part analyzes the possible impact of the American war in Afghanistan on Central Asia, Russia and China from a geopolitical perspective.
