【摘要】：歐洲東部的烏克蘭危機(jī)正在影響歐洲的和平秩序,影響歐洲的地區(qū)安全,特別是影響德國與俄羅斯的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系。德俄關(guān)系、歐俄關(guān)系再度疏遠(yuǎn),歐洲面臨自冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束之后最復(fù)雜和最緊張的地區(qū)安全困境。烏克蘭危機(jī)是否會(huì)使歐洲面臨再度分裂的危險(xiǎn)?在危機(jī)不斷加劇情況下,烏克蘭危機(jī)是否對(duì)歐洲地區(qū)安全乃至全球安全格局帶來潛在的影響?基于這一深層次考慮,本文將烏克蘭危機(jī)放在歐洲地區(qū)安全、美俄戰(zhàn)略利益博弈層面,對(duì)烏克蘭危機(jī)形成諸多誘發(fā)原因、烏克蘭危機(jī)對(duì)歐洲地區(qū)安全、德俄關(guān)系影響進(jìn)行闡述,在此基礎(chǔ)上確定烏克蘭危機(jī)對(duì)全球格局的潛在影響。
[Abstract]:The crisis in Ukraine in eastern Europe is affecting the peace order in Europe, regional security in Europe and, in particular, Germany's political and economic relations with Russia. German-Russian relations, Europe and Russia are once again alienated, and Europe faces the most complex and tense regional security dilemma since the end of the Cold War. Will the crisis in Ukraine put Europe at risk of further fragmentation? As the crisis intensifies, does the crisis in Ukraine have a potential impact on regional security in Europe and on the global security landscape? Based on this deep consideration, this paper puts the crisis of Ukraine on the level of regional security in Europe, the strategic interests of the United States and Russia, and expounds the causes of the crisis in Ukraine, the impact of the crisis on the security of the European region and the relations between Germany and Russia. On this basis, determine the potential impact of the Ukraine crisis on the global landscape.
