【摘要】：正近年來,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)深刻改變了恐怖主義的動(dòng)員機(jī)制和國(guó)家反恐體系的運(yùn)作模式。這種改變有哪些典型表現(xiàn)和特征,網(wǎng)絡(luò)反恐的現(xiàn)實(shí)困境是什么,本文嘗試對(duì)這些問題作出回答。一、網(wǎng)絡(luò)恐怖主義的動(dòng)員特征通過與全球傳媒體系、金融體系、動(dòng)員體系的融合,恐怖主義得以超越作戰(zhàn)手段的傳統(tǒng)狀態(tài)并實(shí)現(xiàn)靈活的"網(wǎng)絡(luò)游擊戰(zhàn)"�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)使恐怖組織把原教旨主義的保守性和全球動(dòng)員
[Abstract]:In recent years, the Internet has profoundly changed the mobilization mechanism of terrorism and the operation mode of national anti-terrorism system. What are the typical manifestations and characteristics of this change, what is the real dilemma of network terrorism, this paper tries to answer these questions. First, the mobilization characteristics of cyberterrorism can transcend the traditional state of war means and realize flexible "network guerrilla warfare" through the integration of global media system, financial system and mobilization system.
