【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放30多年來(lái)，中國(guó)通過(guò)快速發(fā)展，政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、科技實(shí)力明顯增強(qiáng)，一躍成為在地區(qū)和世界有重要影響力的大國(guó)�！爸袊�(guó)崛起”被認(rèn)為將是本世紀(jì)改變世界格局的重大歷史事件之一。然而在中國(guó)崛起的過(guò)程中，僅有硬實(shí)力的發(fā)展是不夠的，當(dāng)代世界主要大國(guó)的崛起歷史表明，必須要同步發(fā)展本國(guó)本民族的軟實(shí)力，擴(kuò)大文化影響力。當(dāng)今世界的大國(guó)無(wú)不把傳播本國(guó)文化、推廣自己的價(jià)值觀視為一項(xiàng)重要工作。進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)以來(lái)，增強(qiáng)文化軟實(shí)力已在我國(guó)學(xué)術(shù)界和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層形成了共識(shí)，以黨的文件形式成為國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略。 誕生于2004年的孔子學(xué)院通過(guò)推廣中國(guó)的語(yǔ)言文化，成為了中國(guó)文化軟實(shí)力中一個(gè)重要品牌。其在近幾年來(lái)的迅猛發(fā)展勢(shì)頭，使其成為了研究中國(guó)軟實(shí)力建設(shè)與發(fā)展的中的一個(gè)文化樣本。本文通過(guò)對(duì)世界主要大國(guó)擴(kuò)大本國(guó)文化影響力做法的介紹，結(jié)合軟實(shí)力理論，對(duì)孔子學(xué)院的發(fā)展過(guò)程進(jìn)行了回顧、對(duì)其發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析，就其在如何在中國(guó)文化軟實(shí)力的發(fā)展中發(fā)揮更大的作用進(jìn)行了一定的研究，，提出了自己的見(jiàn)解，并為孔子學(xué)院的改進(jìn)和完善提出了一些思考和建議，希望為其提供有益的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Over the past 30 years of reform and opening up, China has become a major country with great influence in the region and the world through rapid development, political, economic, and scientific and technological strength. China's rise is regarded as one of the major historical events that will change the world pattern in this century. However, in the process of China's rise, the development of hard power is not enough. The history of the rise of major powers in the contemporary world shows that it is necessary to simultaneously develop the soft power of our own nation and expand its cultural influence. Nowadays, the great powers in the world regard spreading their own culture and promoting their own values as an important task. Since entering the new century, strengthening the soft power of culture has formed a consensus in the academic circles and the leadership of our country, and has become a national strategy in the form of the party's documents. Confucius Institute, born in 2004, has become an important brand in the soft power of Chinese culture by popularizing Chinese language and culture. Its rapid development in recent years has made it a cultural sample in the study of the construction and development of soft power in China. This paper reviews the development process of Confucius Institutes through the introduction of the practice of expanding the cultural influence of the major powers in the world, and combines with the theory of soft power, and analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the development of Confucius Institutes. On how to play a greater role in the development of the soft power of Chinese culture, this paper makes some research, puts forward its own opinions, and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions for the improvement and perfection of Confucius Institutes. It is hoped to provide useful reference value for it.
