【摘要】：隨著美國(guó)新總統(tǒng)特朗普上臺(tái),美俄關(guān)系備受矚目。由于選舉期間的言行,特朗普及其團(tuán)隊(duì)的對(duì)俄立場(chǎng)在國(guó)內(nèi)備受質(zhì)疑。上任后,特朗普的對(duì)俄政策逐漸清晰,在烏克蘭、敘利亞、北約等問(wèn)題上,逐漸回歸傳統(tǒng)路線。美俄關(guān)系由四個(gè)維度所決定,即總統(tǒng)及其團(tuán)隊(duì)的政治觀、美國(guó)的政治結(jié)構(gòu)和社會(huì)輿論、俄羅斯的行為和中國(guó)的角色。其中,總統(tǒng)及其團(tuán)隊(duì)的政治觀是短時(shí)期的影響因素,而美國(guó)的國(guó)家利益和民眾感情是長(zhǎng)時(shí)期影響因素。俄羅斯的外交行為和美國(guó)對(duì)中國(guó)的判斷,也會(huì)對(duì)美俄關(guān)系造成影響。
[Abstract]:With the new US President Donald Trump taking office, US-Russia relations have attracted much attention. Trump and his team's position on Russia has been called into question at home because of his words and deeds during the election. Since taking office, Trump's policy toward Russia has become clearer, and on Ukraine, Syria, NATO and other issues, he has gradually returned to the traditional line. The relationship between the United States and Russia is determined by four dimensions, namely, the President and his team's political views, the political structure and public opinion of the United States, Russia's behavior and the role of China. Among them, the president and his team's political view is the influence factor in a short period of time, and the American national interest and the populace sentiment is the long-term influence factor. Russian diplomacy and American judgment on China will also have an impact on American-Russian relations.
