【摘要】："墨西哥奇跡"的出現(xiàn)不僅與國內(nèi)因素有關,美國因素也很重要。由于地緣政治利益及國際環(huán)境的變化,墨美兩國形成"特殊關系"。冷戰(zhàn)格局下,美國需要墨西哥支持其反共外交政策,而墨西哥需要美國的政治認同及經(jīng)濟援助。墨西哥以不觸動美國的根本利益為底線,堅持相對獨立的外交原則。墨西哥革命制度黨的執(zhí)政迎合了美國的反共意識形態(tài),所以美國沒有干預墨西哥的總統(tǒng)換屆選舉,這有利于墨西哥的政治穩(wěn)定。同時,美國在經(jīng)濟方面作出讓步,給予鄰國經(jīng)濟支持,有助于墨西哥進口替代工業(yè)化戰(zhàn)略的實施和經(jīng)濟增長。
[Abstract]:The emergence of the Mexican Miracle is not only related to domestic factors, but also to the United States. Due to geopolitical interests and changes in the international environment, Mexico and the United States form a special relationship. Under the Cold War, the United States needs Mexico to support its anti-Communist foreign policy, and Mexico needs American political identity and economic assistance. Mexico adheres to a relatively independent diplomatic principle by not touching the bottom line of America's fundamental interests. The ruling of the Mexican Revolutionary Party caters to the anti-Communist ideology of the United States, so the United States did not interfere in the Mexican presidential election, which is conducive to political stability in Mexico. At the same time, the United States has made concessions in the economic aspect and given economic support to neighboring countries, which will help Mexico to implement the strategy of import substitution industrialization and economic growth.
