【摘要】：二戰(zhàn)及戰(zhàn)后一段時期內(nèi),在英國式漸衰落、非殖民化和冷戰(zhàn)態(tài)勢相互交織的情況下,英國政府通過外交手段不懈地致力于維持對東南亞地區(qū)局勢的影響與控制。在法國重返越南的進程中,丘吉爾聯(lián)合政府與艾德禮政府從外交與軍事兩個層面給予法國不懈的支持;印度支那戰(zhàn)爭爆發(fā)后,艾德禮政府轉(zhuǎn)而順應印緬輿論,對法國采取有條件的武器禁運政策。從支持到禁運立場的調(diào)整,既反映了英國政府在戰(zhàn)后地區(qū)民族主義問題上與法國相迥異的視角與立場,同時也是英國戰(zhàn)后總體戰(zhàn)略收縮困境下,艾德禮政府為維持英聯(lián)邦內(nèi)部的團結(jié)、保有在東南亞地區(qū)事務中話語權而開展的外交努力的一部分。
[Abstract]:During the period of World War II and postwar, under the circumstances of the decline of British style and the intertwining of decolonization and cold war situation, the British government made unremitting efforts to maintain the influence and control of the situation in Southeast Asia through diplomatic means. In the process of France's return to Vietnam, Churchill's coalition government and the Attlee government gave France unremitting support from both the diplomatic and military levels. After the outbreak of the Indochina War, the Attlee government turned to Indo-Burmese public opinion. A conditional arms embargo on France. The adjustment from the support to the embargo not only reflects the British government's different perspectives and positions on postwar regional nationalism, but also reflects the general strategic contraction dilemma of the United Kingdom after the war. The Attlee administration maintains unity within the Commonwealth and retains a voice in Southeast Asia as part of its diplomatic efforts.
