【摘要】：70年來,伴隨著時(shí)代變遷的步伐,中美關(guān)系經(jīng)歷四次轉(zhuǎn)型。美亞太"再平衡"戰(zhàn)略開啟的中美關(guān)系轉(zhuǎn)型期可能是劃時(shí)代的,習(xí)近平主席對美國事訪問構(gòu)成此次轉(zhuǎn)型的重要節(jié)點(diǎn)。與前三次轉(zhuǎn)型相比,此次中美關(guān)系轉(zhuǎn)型期相對漫長,轉(zhuǎn)型過程充滿高頻度、高強(qiáng)度和高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的博弈,呈現(xiàn)某種"箱體形態(tài)"。中國對美外交除繼續(xù)增信釋疑、拓展合作、化解分歧、管控危機(jī)外,還需努力強(qiáng)化博弈意識(shí)、講究智慧與技巧。
[Abstract]:Over the past 70 years, with the pace of change, Sino-American relations have undergone four transformations. President Xi Jinping's state visit to the United States constitutes an important node in a potentially epoch-making transformation of China-U.S. relations under the "rebalancing" strategy in the Asia-Pacific region. Compared with the previous three transitions, the transition period between China and the United States is relatively long, the transition process is full of high frequency, high intensity and high risk game, showing a certain "box shape". In addition to increasing trust and dispelling doubts, expanding cooperation, resolving differences and managing crises, China's diplomacy to the United States also needs to strengthen the sense of game and pay attention to wisdom and skills.
