【摘要】：隨著中國現(xiàn)代化進程的推進,國際環(huán)境對中國綜合國力的影響也與日俱增,直接影響到中國的和平發(fā)展。中國能否實現(xiàn)和平崛起,不僅要看其硬實力,還要看其軟實力,所以要把發(fā)展軟實力作為中國打破大國崛起悖論的重要途徑和衡量國家國際地位與國際影響力的重要指標。本文在闡釋約瑟夫·奈軟實力理論的基礎上,在全球化、現(xiàn)代化和本土化的語境下,從衍生軟實力的資源及其運用的角度,對構成軟實力的政治、文化、外交資源在軟實力生成過程中的功能與作用進行分析,并根據(jù)中國軟實力的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀提出有助于中國實現(xiàn)和平崛起的中國特色的軟實力方略,實現(xiàn)了軟實力理論的中國化。
[Abstract]:With the advancement of China's modernization process, the influence of international environment on China's comprehensive national strength is increasing day by day, which has a direct impact on China's peaceful development. Whether China can realize its peaceful rise depends not only on its hard power, but also on its soft power. Therefore, the development of soft power should be regarded as an important way for China to break the paradox of the rise of great powers and an important index to measure the international status and influence of a country. Based on the explanation of Joseph Nye's theory of soft power, in the context of globalization, modernization and localization, this paper discusses the politics and culture of soft power from the angle of the resources derived from it and its application. This paper analyzes the function and function of diplomatic resources in the process of soft power generation, and puts forward the soft power strategy which is helpful to the peaceful rise of China according to the present situation of China's soft power development, and realizes the localization of soft power theory.
