【摘要】：正黨的十八大以來的兩年,是黨、國家和軍隊(duì)建設(shè)發(fā)展進(jìn)程中極不平凡的兩年。習(xí)近平主席站在時(shí)代發(fā)展和戰(zhàn)略全局的高度,統(tǒng)籌國內(nèi)國際兩個(gè)大局,統(tǒng)籌安全發(fā)展兩件大事,始終把維護(hù)國家安全作為頭等大事,以深邃的世界眼光、深沉的歷史擔(dān)當(dāng)和高超的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)藝術(shù),鮮明提出總體國家安全觀重大戰(zhàn)略思想,親自指揮開展維護(hù)國家安全的重大行動(dòng),極大創(chuàng)新發(fā)展了我黨安全指導(dǎo)理論和實(shí)踐。一、總體國家安全觀是維護(hù)國家安全的科學(xué)指南黨的十八大以來,習(xí)主席順應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展要求和國家利益需要,堅(jiān)持把國家安全問題放在當(dāng)今世界大變局的時(shí)代背景下加以思考,放在實(shí)現(xiàn)中華
[Abstract]:The two years since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) have been extraordinary in the process of building and developing the Party, the country and the army. Standing at the height of the development of the times and the overall strategic situation, President Xi Jinping has coordinated the overall situation of both domestic and international situations, as well as the two major issues of security development. He has always made safeguarding national security a top priority and has a profound world vision. With its profound historical responsibility and superb leadership art, this paper puts forward clearly the important strategic thought of the overall national security concept, personally directs and carries out major actions to safeguard national security, and greatly innovates and develops the guiding theory and practice of our party's security. First, the overall concept of national security is a scientific guide for safeguarding national security. Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, President Xi has adhered to the requirements of the times and the needs of national interests and insisted on putting the issue of national security under the background of the times of great changes in the world today.
