【摘要】：右翼民粹主義的政治支持是特朗普上臺的重要基礎(chǔ)。特朗普上臺后,對美國內(nèi)政外交政策的調(diào)整給中美關(guān)系帶來了較大的不確定性,但中美關(guān)系作為世界上最重要的一對雙邊關(guān)系,和則雙贏,斗則兩敗,使得中美關(guān)系機遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存。為此,中國應(yīng)積極做好戰(zhàn)略應(yīng)對,以博弈求合作:一是尋求共同利益,夯實合作根基;二是抓住戰(zhàn)略機遇,提升博弈能力;三是加強對話交流,化解爭端分歧。
[Abstract]:Political support for right-wing populism is an important basis for Mr Trump's rise to power. Since Trump came to power, the adjustment of US domestic and foreign policy has brought greater uncertainty to Sino-US relations. However, as the most important bilateral relationship in the world, Sino-US relations will win and lose in the fight. Both opportunities and challenges exist in Sino-American relations. For this reason, China should actively do a good job in strategic response and seek cooperation by game: first, seek common interests and consolidate the foundation of cooperation; second, seize strategic opportunities and enhance the ability to play games; third, strengthen dialogue and exchange to resolve disputes.
