【摘要】：中印關(guān)系風(fēng)風(fēng)雨雨走過(guò)了60年的歷程,其中既有兄弟般的親密合作,也發(fā)生了邊界糾紛引起的武裝沖突。除了印度大國(guó)主義的因素外,中印兩國(guó)關(guān)系的曲折變化更主要始于地緣政治在國(guó)家對(duì)外政策的基本性作用。中印同處亞洲,互為鄰國(guó),共同崛起在大國(guó)復(fù)興的道路上,這些基本特征決定了中印兩國(guó)在處理彼此關(guān)系時(shí)的地緣政治思維的作用。 地緣政治因素作為歷史上引發(fā)西藏問(wèn)題和中印邊界問(wèn)題的重要因素之一,也是歷屆印度政府制定國(guó)家安全戰(zhàn)略的重要依據(jù),這種國(guó)際政治思維在整個(gè)冷戰(zhàn)時(shí)期表現(xiàn)尤為明顯。雖然冷戰(zhàn)的結(jié)束使得國(guó)際政治格局發(fā)生了深刻變化,但地緣政治思維在國(guó)際關(guān)系發(fā)展過(guò)程中的影響并沒(méi)有因此而減弱,相反出現(xiàn)了新的特征。冷戰(zhàn)后中印關(guān)系的發(fā)展也出現(xiàn)了新的特點(diǎn)。本文擬從地緣政治的角度對(duì)中印關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究,從雙邊、地區(qū)和全球三個(gè)地緣層次來(lái)分析中印關(guān)系的變化歷程,并通過(guò)剖析地緣政治關(guān)系的新變化,對(duì)中印兩國(guó)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與合作關(guān)系及其走向做出分析。
[Abstract]:Sino-Indian relations have gone through 60 years of brotherly cooperation and armed conflict over border disputes. Apart from the factor of Indian authoritarianism, the twists and turns of Sino-Indian relations mainly originated from the fundamental role of geopolitics in the country's foreign policy. China and India are located in Asia together as neighbors and rise together on the road of great power renaissance. These basic characteristics determine the role of geopolitical thinking of China and India in dealing with each other's relations. Geopolitical factors, as one of the important factors that triggered the Tibetan issue and the Sino-Indian border issue in history, are also the important basis for the successive Indian governments to formulate the national security strategy. This kind of international political thinking was particularly evident during the Cold War. Although the end of the Cold War has brought about profound changes in the international political structure, the influence of geopolitical thinking on the development of international relations has not been weakened, on the contrary, new characteristics have emerged. After the Cold War, the development of Sino-Indian relations also appeared new characteristics. This paper intends to study Sino-Indian relations from the perspective of geopolitics, to analyze the changing course of Sino-Indian relations from the three geopolitical levels of bilateral, regional and global, and to analyze the new changes in geopolitical relations. This paper analyzes the competition and cooperation between China and India.
