【摘要】：《開羅宣言》從三個(gè)方面對日本領(lǐng)地進(jìn)行了戰(zhàn)后處置,即日本應(yīng)歸還所有從中國竊取的中國領(lǐng)土、剝奪日本所攫取的所有太平洋中的島嶼、將日本從其以暴力和貪婪而攫取的所有其他領(lǐng)土中驅(qū)逐出去。德黑蘭會(huì)議上斯大林同意《開羅宣言》所有內(nèi)容,認(rèn)為日本歸還所竊取的所有中國領(lǐng)土是"對"的,盟國進(jìn)一步明確了要掌控所有日本之前占據(jù)的太平洋中的戰(zhàn)略要地(島嶼),原則上同意將對從日本奪取的太平洋島嶼和領(lǐng)地實(shí)施托管制度。文章認(rèn)為戰(zhàn)后亞太秩序的建立是以對日本戰(zhàn)后領(lǐng)地的這種處置為基礎(chǔ)的,《開羅宣言》是中國收復(fù)故土的第一個(gè)國際法律文件,中日之間領(lǐng)土問題隨著日本無條件投降而徹底解決。
[Abstract]:The Cairo Declaration dealt with Japanese territory in three ways after the war. Japan should now return all Chinese territory stolen from China and deprive Japan of all the islands in the Pacific Ocean that Japan had seized. To expel Japan from all the other territories it seized with violence and greed. At the Tehran conference, Stalin agreed to all the contents of the Cairo Declaration, saying that it was "right" for Japan to return all the Chinese territory it had stolen. The allies have made it clear that they want to take control of all the strategic areas of the Pacific that Japan had previously occupied, agreeing in principle to a trusteeship regime for the Pacific islands and territories seized from Japan. The article holds that the establishment of the postwar Asia-Pacific order was based on this disposition of Japan's postwar territories, and the Cairo Declaration was the first international legal document for China to recover its homeland. The territorial issue between China and Japan was resolved once and for all with the unconditional surrender of Japan.
