【摘要】：中美戰(zhàn)略與經(jīng)濟對話是中美兩國就事關兩國關系發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略性、長期性、全局性問題進行的高級別對話。自2009年至今,對話已成功舉行了六輪,對中美兩國關系和世界經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)生了重大影響。但對話中兩國的承諾以及兩國后續(xù)執(zhí)行完成情況仍存在可進一步完善的地方。相對來說,中國做出了比較大的讓步,而且基本完成了相應承諾;而美國的承諾和完成的承諾都較少。中國應充分利用美國政治兩極分化的弱點和當前世界經(jīng)濟格局的有利變化,爭取經(jīng)濟對話和輿論的主導權,提高經(jīng)濟對話的針對性。
[Abstract]:The Strategic and Economic Dialogue between China and the United States is a high-level dialogue between China and the United States on issues of strategic, long-term and overall importance to the development of bilateral relations. Since 2009, the dialogue has successfully held six rounds, which has had a significant impact on the relations between China and the United States and on the world economy. However, there is still room for further improvement in the dialogue's commitments and the completion of the two countries' follow-up implementation. China has made relatively large concessions and largely fulfilled its commitments, while the United States has made fewer commitments and fulfilled them. China should make full use of the weakness of political polarization in the United States and the favorable changes in the current world economic structure, strive for the leading power of economic dialogue and public opinion, and improve the pertinence of economic dialogue.
