【摘要】：正近年來,由于美國戰(zhàn)略焦慮加深及其全球戰(zhàn)略重心東移,中國面臨的戰(zhàn)略壓力日增。但美國在內(nèi)外交困、力不從心的情況下,更多地采取了放日本"出籠"的辦法,讓日本充當美國在亞太地區(qū)的重要戰(zhàn)略支點,對中國實施戰(zhàn)略牽制。這是日本軍國主義抬頭的重要背景。本來,日本戰(zhàn)敗后,根據(jù)《開羅宣言》、《波茨坦公告》等一系列國際法文件,國際社會應(yīng)徹底摧毀日本軍國主義的國家機器,公開審判戰(zhàn)犯,徹底剝奪
[Abstract]:In recent years, China is facing increasing strategic pressure due to the deepening of US strategic anxiety and the shift of global strategic focus to the east. However, the United States has taken more measures of letting Japan "come out" under the circumstances of domestic and diplomatic difficulties and inability to do so, and let Japan serve as an important strategic fulcrum for the United States in the Asia-Pacific region and implement strategic containment on China. This is an important background to the rise of Japanese militarism. Originally, after Japan lost the war, according to a series of international law documents, such as the Cairo Declaration, the Potsdam Proclamation, the international community should completely destroy the national machinery of Japanese militarism, openly try war criminals, and completely deprive it.
