【摘要】：黨的十八大以來,中國特色大國外交的戰(zhàn)略思維日益創(chuàng)新,戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)不斷深化,戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃逐步完善,戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)更加明確。但是,隨著綜合國力和國際地位的提升,中國受到的來自各方的戰(zhàn)略關(guān)注不斷提升,承擔(dān)的國際責(zé)任和義務(wù)持續(xù)增加,因而需要從理論和實踐上加強(qiáng)發(fā)展創(chuàng)新,特別要全面和有重點地確立戰(zhàn)略重點,提高塑造周邊和全球國際秩序的能力,處理好同關(guān)鍵國家和地區(qū)的關(guān)系,為實現(xiàn)"兩個一百年"的奮斗目標(biāo)和中國夢而創(chuàng)造更好的內(nèi)外環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, the strategic thinking of great powers with Chinese characteristics has been innovating day by day, the strategic objectives have been deepened, the strategic planning has been gradually improved, and the strategic tasks have become clearer. However, with the promotion of comprehensive national strength and international status, the strategic concern of China from all sides has been constantly rising, and the international responsibilities and obligations assumed by China have continued to increase. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the theoretical and practical development of innovation. In particular, it is necessary to establish strategic priorities in a comprehensive and focused manner, to enhance the capacity to shape the peripheral and global international order and to manage relations with key countries and regions, To achieve the goal of "two hundred years" and Chinese Dream to create a better internal and external environment.
