【摘要】：正2014年3月21—22日,上海國際問題研究院召開"亞信上海峰會:亞洲安全和發(fā)展合作的機遇與挑戰(zhàn)"國際學術研討會。來自中國、俄羅斯、巴基斯坦、哈薩克斯坦、土耳其、泰國、伊朗、吉爾吉斯斯坦、卡塔爾、塔吉克斯坦、韓國、印度和烏克蘭的專家學者圍繞亞信(即"亞洲相互協(xié)作與信任措施會議")與亞洲新安全觀構建、亞洲安全機制、地區(qū)經(jīng)濟一體化和亞信成員國經(jīng)濟合作、亞信會議成員國共建"絲綢之路"、加強人文合作,實現(xiàn)民心相通、成立亞信會議智庫圓桌會議等議題進行了深入交流和熱烈討論,達成
[Abstract]:On March 21-22, 2014, the Shanghai Institute of International Studies held an international symposium on "CICA Shanghai Summit: opportunities and challenges for Asian Security and Development Cooperation". From China, Russia, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Thailand, Iran, Kyrgyzstan, Qatar, Tajikistan, South Korea, Experts and scholars from India and Ukraine built a new Asian security concept around CICA (the Conference on interaction and Confidence-building measures in Asia), Asian security mechanisms, regional economic integration and economic cooperation among CICA member states. CICA member States jointly established the "Silk Road", strengthened cultural cooperation, realized the mutual understanding of the people, and held in-depth exchanges and heated discussions on such topics as the establishment of the CICA think tank round table.
