【摘要】：中國(guó)的領(lǐng)土爭(zhēng)端問題由來(lái)已久,新中國(guó)成立之后,特別是20世紀(jì)60年代至今,中國(guó)政府在解決中國(guó)領(lǐng)土爭(zhēng)端問題方面做了很大的努力,也取得了很大的成效。中國(guó)同周邊國(guó)家在陸地邊界的爭(zhēng)端已經(jīng)得到完善解決的達(dá)到90%。中國(guó)政府存解決中國(guó)領(lǐng)土爭(zhēng)端的同時(shí)也形成了比較穩(wěn)定的解決模式,包括政策制定的目標(biāo),解決的原則,并使得解決方法連續(xù)和一致。中國(guó)政府在解決領(lǐng)土爭(zhēng)端問題上還秉承靈活性的原則,在解決中緬、中蘇、中俄以及中印和中越的領(lǐng)土爭(zhēng)端時(shí)采取不同的解決方式。研究中國(guó)解決領(lǐng)土爭(zhēng)端的模式對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)具有很好的指導(dǎo)意義,主要是為中國(guó)解決中印領(lǐng)土爭(zhēng)端提供參考,同時(shí)也為國(guó)際社會(huì)解決陸地領(lǐng)土爭(zhēng)端提供理論上的借鑒。
[Abstract]:China's territorial disputes have a long history. After the founding of New China, especially since the 1960s, the Chinese government has made great efforts to solve the territorial disputes in China, and has made great achievements. China's land-border dispute with neighboring countries has been finely settled by 90. At the same time, the Chinese government has formed a relatively stable settlement model, including the policy formulation goal, the settlement principle, and makes the solution method continuous and consistent. The Chinese government also adheres to the principle of flexibility in the settlement of territorial disputes and adopts different ways of settling territorial disputes between China and Myanmar, China and the Soviet Union, China and Russia, as well as China, India and Vietnam. The study of Chinese territorial dispute settlement mode is of great guiding significance to the reality, mainly for China to solve the territorial dispute between India and China, but also for the international community to provide a theoretical reference for the settlement of land territorial disputes.
