【摘要】： 朝核問題由來已久,一直是國際社會關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問題之一。朝核危機(jī)的產(chǎn)生及演變有著深刻的歷史背景和深層次原因,它是包含美朝兩國國家利益和外交戰(zhàn)略的較量以及涉及多國戰(zhàn)略利益的復(fù)雜問題。朝核危機(jī)的直接當(dāng)事國朝美一方面各自堅(jiān)持自己的利益目標(biāo)與政策而使雙方的矛盾不斷激化,一方面又均不愿意朝核危機(jī)升級,這樣雙方展開了核危機(jī)博弈,也使得朝核問題不斷反復(fù),久拖未決。美朝之間的危機(jī)博弈多次使得戰(zhàn)爭大有一觸即發(fā)之勢,也嚴(yán)重威脅東亞地區(qū)的和平與穩(wěn)定。核危機(jī)博弈游戲的“負(fù)和”結(jié)局是美國和朝鮮以及東亞大國都不想要的結(jié)果。所以在中國的外交努力下創(chuàng)導(dǎo)的六方會談和平機(jī)制成為各國普遍認(rèn)同的解決朝核問題的方式。但是,朝核問題的復(fù)雜性使六方會談一再陷入僵局。面對朝核問題的僵局,中國與相關(guān)各大國應(yīng)該繼續(xù)努力,重啟六方會談,推動(dòng)朝核問題的和平解決邁向新的里程。
[Abstract]:The North Korean nuclear issue has a long history and has always been one of the hot issues concerned by the international community. The emergence and evolution of the North Korean nuclear crisis has a profound historical background and deep reasons. It is a complex issue involving the national interests and diplomatic strategies of the United States and North Korea and involving the strategic interests of many countries. On the one hand, the DPRK and the United States, which are directly involved in the North Korean nuclear crisis, on the one hand, adhere to their own interests, objectives and policies, thereby intensifying the contradictions between the two sides, on the other hand, they are unwilling to escalate the North Korean nuclear crisis. Thus, the two sides have started a nuclear crisis game. Also causes the North Korean nuclear issue to be repeated unceasingly, procrastinate for a long time. The crisis game between the United States and North Korea made war imminent and threatened the peace and stability of East Asia. The "negative sum" outcome of the nuclear crisis game is what the United States and North Korea, as well as East Asian powers, do not want. Therefore, the Six-Party talks peace mechanism, which was initiated under China's diplomatic efforts, has become a universally agreed way to resolve the North Korean nuclear issue. But the complexity of the North Korean nuclear issue has left the six-party talks deadlocked again and again. In the face of the deadlock over the North Korean nuclear issue, China and the major powers concerned should continue their efforts to restart the six-party talks and push for a new milestone in the peaceful settlement of the North Korean nuclear issue.
