【摘要】： 隨著中國經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)快速發(fā)展,中國國內(nèi)的能源供應(yīng)已經(jīng)無法滿足龐大的消費需求。單一渠道的能源進(jìn)口既不符合中國的戰(zhàn)略利益,又嚴(yán)重威脅中國的能源安全。因此,中國致力于豐富本國能源進(jìn)口的來源。與此相對應(yīng)的是,中亞試圖使本地區(qū)能源出口多元化以避免俄羅斯的壟斷。中國、美國和俄羅斯在中亞地區(qū)能源領(lǐng)域存在競爭關(guān)系,在油氣管道方面尤為明顯。盡管是參與中亞能源開發(fā)的后來者,但中國已經(jīng)取得了一定的成績,然而中國與中亞的能源合作仍會受到一些因素的影響。作為一種雙贏的戰(zhàn)略選擇,中國與中亞的能源合作勢在必行,且將不斷深入。
[Abstract]:With the sustained and rapid development of China's economy, China's domestic energy supply has been unable to meet the huge consumer demand. Single-channel energy imports are neither in China's strategic interest nor a serious threat to China's energy security. As a result, China is committed to enriching its energy imports. In contrast, Central Asia is trying to diversify its energy exports to avoid Russian monopolies. China, the United States and Russia compete in the energy sector in Central Asia, especially in oil and gas pipelines. Although China is a latecomer participating in energy development in Central Asia, China has made some achievements. However, the energy cooperation between China and Central Asia will still be affected by some factors. As a win-win strategic choice, energy cooperation between China and Central Asia is imperative and will continue to deepen.
