【摘要】： 自獨(dú)立以來(lái),印度始終追求大國(guó)地位,并為此采取一系列的行動(dòng)和措施。在冷戰(zhàn)時(shí)期,印度的大國(guó)夢(mèng)更直接地表現(xiàn)在對(duì)南亞地區(qū)的外交戰(zhàn)略。這其中既有以經(jīng)濟(jì)援助、承擔(dān)國(guó)際義務(wù)的柔和的南亞外交戰(zhàn)略,但更多的表現(xiàn)為赤裸裸的大國(guó)沙文主義和地區(qū)強(qiáng)權(quán)政策。冷戰(zhàn)后,印度的南亞外交戰(zhàn)略發(fā)生了很大的轉(zhuǎn)變,印度更強(qiáng)調(diào)睦鄰?fù)饨�、�?jīng)濟(jì)外交和平等協(xié)商外交。 印度的外交戰(zhàn)略在冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后發(fā)生的重大轉(zhuǎn)變,是復(fù)雜的國(guó)際因素與矛盾日益突出的各種國(guó)內(nèi)因素共同作用的結(jié)果,具有深刻的時(shí)代背景和復(fù)雜的國(guó)內(nèi)背景。 本文以印度冷戰(zhàn)后南亞外交戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榍腥朦c(diǎn),從國(guó)際、國(guó)內(nèi)兩方面對(duì)印度外交戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)變進(jìn)行深入、客觀的分析,并對(duì)其所產(chǎn)生的影響進(jìn)行分析。最后,對(duì)印度未來(lái)的南亞外交戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行一定程度的預(yù)測(cè)。
[Abstract]:Since independence, India has always sought power status and taken a series of actions and measures to this end. During the Cold War, India's dream of great power was more directly reflected in its diplomatic strategy towards South Asia. There is a soft South Asian diplomatic strategy of economic aid and international obligations, but it is manifested more by the naked chauvinism of great powers and the policy of regional power. After the Cold War, India's diplomatic strategy in South Asia changed greatly, and India emphasized good-neighborly diplomacy, economic diplomacy and equal consultation diplomacy. The major transformation of India's diplomatic strategy after the end of the Cold War is the result of the joint action of complex international factors and increasingly prominent internal factors, with a profound background of the times and a complex domestic background. Based on the transformation of India's diplomatic strategy in South Asia after the Cold War, this paper makes a thorough and objective analysis of India's diplomatic strategic transformation from the international and domestic aspects, and analyzes its influence. Finally, India's future diplomatic strategy for South Asia is predicted to a certain extent.
