中國與東盟地區(qū)合作中的軟實力運用分析

【摘要】： 中國軟實力的運用在近些年來受學界的廣泛關注,軟實力對國家的對外交往、形象塑造等起著至關重要的作用,且已經被公認為是中國綜合國力的重要組成部分。 而中國的和平發(fā)展要求有一個積極穩(wěn)定的周邊環(huán)境,中國與周邊國家和地區(qū),特別是東南亞地區(qū)的交流合作,不但能為國內經濟發(fā)展擴大空間,也有利于增強雙方的理解互信,構筑地區(qū)的安全穩(wěn)定環(huán)境。東南亞地區(qū)與我國有著歷史、文化、地緣上的特殊關系,中國的發(fā)展離不開與東盟的合作。但由于東盟國家對中國存在著戒備和猜疑,中國用軟實力來增強在東南亞地區(qū)的影響,促進雙方交流成為目前中國—東盟合作的一個重要手段。 本文是從中國軟實力在東南亞地區(qū)的運用的現(xiàn)實需要角度出發(fā),試圖剖析我國軟實力在東盟區(qū)域內的實施現(xiàn)狀,探究目前所存在的問題,進而尋求相應的解決之道,如不斷提高文化產業(yè)化水平;加強東亞地區(qū)機制建設;完善社會主義核心價值體系;根據(jù)受眾特點,改變交流方式,拓寬交流渠道等方式,為我國軟實力的提升和中國—東盟關系的發(fā)展從軟實力角度提出建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the application of China's soft power has been widely concerned by scholars. Soft power plays a vital role in the country's external communication and image shaping, and has been recognized as an important part of China's comprehensive national strength. The peaceful development of China requires a positive and stable surrounding environment. The exchange and cooperation between China and the neighboring countries and regions, especially the Southeast Asian region, can not only expand the space for domestic economic development, but also help to enhance mutual understanding and mutual trust between the two sides. Build a safe and stable environment for the region. Southeast Asia has special relations with China in history, culture and geography. China's development can not be separated from cooperation with ASEAN. However, because ASEAN countries are on the alert and suspicious of China, China uses soft power to enhance its influence in Southeast Asia, and to promote bilateral exchanges has become an important means of China-ASEAN cooperation at present. From the point of view of the practical needs of the application of China's soft power in Southeast Asia, this paper attempts to analyze the status quo of the implementation of China's soft power in the ASEAN region, to explore the existing problems, and to seek corresponding solutions. Such as continuously improving the level of cultural industrialization, strengthening the mechanism construction in East Asia, perfecting the socialist core value system, changing the mode of communication according to the characteristics of the audience, broadening the channels of communication, and so on. Suggestions are made for the promotion of China's soft power and the development of China-ASEAN relations from the point of view of soft power.
