【摘要】："嘉隆王插旗"說(shuō)是越南聲稱(chēng)擁有西沙群島主權(quán)的主要論據(jù)。由于此說(shuō)的特殊性質(zhì),它成為判定西沙群島主權(quán)歸屬的焦點(diǎn)問(wèn)題之一。一方面,對(duì)"嘉隆王插旗"說(shuō)的考證和辨析在很大程度上等同于對(duì)相關(guān)的三個(gè)歐洲人生平和記載的可信度的考察;另一方面,在有關(guān)帕拉塞爾的地理知識(shí)的討論中,需要借鑒晚近以來(lái)從科學(xué)史,特別是地理學(xué)史中發(fā)展出的引入社會(huì)和空間維度的思路。本文認(rèn)為,所謂"嘉隆王插旗"說(shuō)實(shí)為法國(guó)傳教士塔爾伯特借鑒他所熟知的歐洲常規(guī),通過(guò)夸張的想象,把從他人那里獲知的阮朝"黃沙隊(duì)"的活動(dòng)虛構(gòu)成了一場(chǎng)威嚴(yán)雄壯的占領(lǐng)行為。19世紀(jì)早期的越南不具備科學(xué)測(cè)繪的物質(zhì)條件和技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備,也不具備產(chǎn)生現(xiàn)代意義上的領(lǐng)土主權(quán)思想的意識(shí)基礎(chǔ)。越南方面通過(guò)"嘉隆王插旗"說(shuō)而主張對(duì)西沙群島的主權(quán)是脫離歷史的謬論。
[Abstract]:King Garon is the main argument for Vietnam's claim to the Paracel Islands. Because of the special nature of this theory, it has become one of the focal issues in determining the sovereignty of the Paracel Islands. On the one hand, the textual research and differentiation of the theory of "King Jalong and banners" is to a great extent equivalent to the investigation of the life and the credibility of the records of the three Europeans concerned; on the other hand, in the discussion of the geographical knowledge of Paracel, It is necessary to draw lessons from the social and spatial dimensions developed from the history of science, especially the history of geography. In this paper, it is believed that the so-called "King Calon planting flag" theory is actually used by Talbot, a French missionary, as a reference to the European conventions he is familiar with, through exaggerated imagination. The activities of Ruan Chao's "Yellow Sand team" learned from others were fictitious as a majestic occupation. Vietnam in the early 19th century did not possess the material conditions and technical preparations for scientific mapping. Also does not have the consciousness foundation which produces the modern sense territory sovereignty thought. Vietnam claims sovereignty over the Paracel Islands through the theory of "King Garon planting flags", which is a fallacy separated from history.
