【摘要】：作為江澤民外交思想的重要組成部分,江澤民關(guān)于中俄戰(zhàn)略協(xié)作伙伴關(guān)系的思想對當今中國如何與俄羅斯進一步發(fā)展友好合作關(guān)系、如何維護好亞太地區(qū)穩(wěn)定乃至世界和平都具有影響。而且,國內(nèi)外關(guān)于這一課題的研究較為薄弱。所以,本人選擇這一課題作碩士論文。本文首先論述江澤民關(guān)于中俄戰(zhàn)略協(xié)作伙伴關(guān)系思想的成因,如多極化和全球化趨勢的發(fā)展,亞太地區(qū)經(jīng)濟的崛起,中俄兩國利益的需要,等等。其次探討江澤民關(guān)于中俄戰(zhàn)略協(xié)作伙伴關(guān)系思想的內(nèi)容和特點；其主要內(nèi)容有增強政治互信、擴大經(jīng)貿(mào)互利合作、深化安全合作和加強科技文化軍事交流,特點有非意識形態(tài)化,既不結(jié)盟、不對抗,也不針對第三國,寬領(lǐng)域和多層次地協(xié)調(diào)合作,等等。接著考察江澤民關(guān)于中俄戰(zhàn)略協(xié)作伙伴關(guān)系思想的作用,如有利于國際新秩序的建立、推動亞太地區(qū)和平與發(fā)展、為中國國內(nèi)發(fā)展創(chuàng)造穩(wěn)定的周邊環(huán)境,對新世紀初以胡錦濤總書記為首的中共中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體如何制定對俄羅斯政策和發(fā)展中俄關(guān)系也產(chǎn)生一定的影響。希望本文的這些探討在一定程度上能有益于學(xué)術(shù)界對此方面的深入研究。
[Abstract]:As an important part of Jiang Zemin's diplomatic thought, Jiang Zemin's Thoughts on Sino Russian strategic partnership relations have an impact on how China develops friendly relations with Russia and how to maintain the stability of the Asia Pacific region and even the world peace. I choose this subject as a master's thesis. This article first discusses the causes of Jiang Zemin's Thoughts on Sino Russian strategic partnership, such as the development of the trend of multi polarization and globalization, the rise of the economy in the Asia Pacific region, the needs of the interests of China and Russia, and so on. Secondly, the content of Jiang Zemin's Thoughts on Sino Russian strategic partnership is discussed and the content of the relationship between China and Russia is discussed. Its main features include strengthening political mutual trust, expanding economic and trade and mutually beneficial cooperation, deepening security cooperation and strengthening the military exchange of science and technology and culture. The characteristics are non ideological, neither alliances, nor confrontation, nor for a third country, wide field and multi-level coordination and cooperation, and so on. Then review Jiang Zemin's strategic cooperation partnership on China and Russia. The role of the thought, such as the establishment of the new international order, the promotion of peace and development in the Asia Pacific region, the creation of a stable surrounding environment for the domestic development of China, and a certain impact on how the central leadership of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, headed by general secretary Hu Jintao at the beginning of the new century, also has a certain influence on the Russian policy and the development of Sino Russian relations. To some extent, these discussions can be beneficial to the in-depth study in this field.
