重啟的消亡:普京重新執(zhí)政后的俄美關(guān)系

【摘要】：本文分析和歸納了2009年以來俄美關(guān)系"重啟"的原因和成果,梳理了普京在2012年5月重新執(zhí)政后俄美關(guān)系不斷惡化的一系列事態(tài)及其根源,分析了俄美重新開始在獨(dú)聯(lián)體地區(qū)進(jìn)行地緣政治競爭的戰(zhàn)略背景以及烏克蘭危機(jī)及其前景對俄美關(guān)系和中俄美三角關(guān)系的影響。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes and summarizes the causes and achievements of the "restart" of Russian-US relations since 2009, combing a series of events and their root causes of the deterioration of Russian-US relations since Putin returned to power in May 2012. This paper analyzes the strategic background of the new geopolitical competition between Russia and the United States in the CIS region and the impact of the crisis in Ukraine and its prospects on Russian-American relations and the Sino-American triangular relationship.
