【摘要】：國際行為體權(quán)力的此消彼長，世界權(quán)力開始發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)移�？偟内厔菔怯杉汹呄蚍稚ⅲ蓚鹘y(tǒng)權(quán)力中心趨向新興權(quán)力行為體。權(quán)力由超級大國向崛起大國轉(zhuǎn)移。從世界主要力量的發(fā)展態(tài)勢看，超級大國權(quán)力出現(xiàn)下滑，崛起大國權(quán)力正在上升，國際力量對比在冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束之初一度出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重失衡的發(fā)展趨勢已開始減弱。國際政治權(quán)力由西方世界向非西方世界轉(zhuǎn)移。 本文研究分析國際政治體系中中國的地位、作用和影響。國際政治權(quán)力轉(zhuǎn)移不是偶然的，而是有著深刻的國際政治和經(jīng)濟方面的動因，，是時代發(fā)展大趨勢的必然產(chǎn)物。因此中國應(yīng)當(dāng)抓住這一歷史性的機遇，依靠提高自身綜合國力不斷改革創(chuàng)新并且積極參與國際競爭與合作，最終實現(xiàn)中華民族的偉大復(fù)興。
[Abstract]:As the power of international actors wanes, the power of the world begins to shift. The general trend is from concentration to decentralization, from traditional power center to emerging power actors. Power shifts from superpower to rising power. Judging from the development situation of the world's main powers, the superpower power has declined, the power of the rising powers is rising, and the development trend of the international power contrast which once appeared serious imbalance at the end of the Cold War has begun to weaken. The international political power transfers from the western world to the non-western world. This paper analyzes the status, role and influence of China in the international political system. The international political power transfer is not accidental, but has the profound international politics and the economic aspect motive, is the times development general trend inevitable product. Therefore, China should seize this historic opportunity and rely on improving its comprehensive national strength to continuously reform and innovate and actively participate in international competition and cooperation so as to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
