[Abstract]:The Party Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs requested all units affiliated to the Ministry and embassies and consulates stationed abroad to highlight the key points, innovate forms, organize meticulously, and actively carry out propaganda and communication with foreign countries in the light of recent major diplomatic work.
