【摘要】： 俄羅斯是世界上具有舉足輕重的大國,也是中國最大的鄰國,俄羅斯的外交政策,尤其是東北亞政策對中國有著重要的影響。普京在其任期內(nèi)雖然對俄羅斯的東北亞政策進(jìn)行過細(xì)微的調(diào)整,但是對東北亞國家外交政策的總體思想沒有變,即在依托歐亞、促進(jìn)全方位的平衡外交的基礎(chǔ)上加強(qiáng)與東北亞國家的合作,積極參與到東北亞國家事務(wù)中,最終達(dá)到重振俄羅斯大國地位的目的。 本文對普京執(zhí)政前的蘇聯(lián)東北亞政策和葉利欽執(zhí)政時期俄羅斯東北亞政策進(jìn)行了簡要的回顧,并重點(diǎn)論述了普京執(zhí)政時期俄羅斯的東北亞政策。目的在于通過對這些問題的探討,使我們能夠認(rèn)清俄羅斯東北亞政策在東北亞地區(qū)國際新秩序建立中的地位及其影響,使我們對未來俄羅斯東北亞政策有進(jìn)一步的了解和認(rèn)識。
[Abstract]:Russia is one of the most important countries in the world and is also China's largest neighbor. Russia's foreign policy, especially the policy of Northeast Asia, has an important influence on China. Although Putin has made minor adjustments to Russia's Northeast Asia policy during his term of office, the overall thinking on the foreign policy of Northeast Asian countries has not changed, that is, relying on Eurasia. On the basis of promoting all-round balanced diplomacy, we should strengthen cooperation with Northeast Asian countries, actively participate in the affairs of Northeast Asian countries, and finally achieve the goal of reinvigorating Russia's status as a great power. This paper gives a brief review of Russia's Northeast Asia policy before Putin's administration and Yeltsin's administration, and emphatically discusses Russia's Northeast Asia policy during Putin's reign. The purpose of this paper is to make a clear understanding of the position and influence of Russian Northeast Asia policy in the establishment of a new international order in Northeast Asia through the discussion of these problems, so that we can have a further understanding and understanding of the future Russian Northeast Asia policy.
