【摘要】：1976年8月板門(mén)店事件發(fā)生后,福特政府在無(wú)確鑿證據(jù)的情況下判斷該事件是朝鮮方面有預(yù)謀的挑釁,并迅速做出強(qiáng)硬反應(yīng),實(shí)施了具有明顯挑釁意味的"保羅·班揚(yáng)行動(dòng)"。亞太地區(qū)國(guó)際局勢(shì)、美國(guó)大選的牽制和朝鮮的和平意向是影響福特政府應(yīng)對(duì)板門(mén)店事件的主要因素。事實(shí)上,板門(mén)店事件是一起美朝雙方長(zhǎng)期對(duì)抗中的"偶發(fā)"事件,也是此前美國(guó)和韓國(guó)一系列行動(dòng)的結(jié)果。華盛頓決策層對(duì)朝鮮長(zhǎng)期固有的"敵人意象"思維定式,使其不僅未能深刻檢視事件發(fā)生的美方緣由,而且容易對(duì)朝方行為產(chǎn)生錯(cuò)誤知覺(jué),進(jìn)而在朝鮮半島安全問(wèn)題上時(shí)常陷入困境。
[Abstract]:After the Panmunjom incident in August 1976, the Ford administration, without conclusive evidence, judged the incident to be a premeditated provocation on the part of North Korea, and quickly reacted forcefully, carrying out Operation Paul Benjen, which was clearly provocative. The international situation in the Asia-Pacific region, the containment of the United States election and the peaceful intentions of North Korea are the main factors affecting the Ford administration's response to the Panmunjom incident. In fact, the Panmunjom incident was the result of a series of actions by the United States and South Korea following a long period of confrontation between the United States and North Korea. The long-held "enemy image" thinking pattern of North Korea by the decision-making circles in Washington has made it not only fail to profoundly examine the cause of the incident, but also easily produce erroneous perceptions of the DPRK's behavior. And then on the Korean peninsula security issues are often in trouble.
