【摘要】：1979年蘇聯(lián)入侵阿富汗,戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)使蘇聯(lián)在阿富汗陷入前所未有的困境,在蘇聯(lián)國(guó)內(nèi)造成了消極后果,其國(guó)際聲譽(yù)、外交政策也受到負(fù)面影響,80年代中期蘇共上層執(zhí)政思維及其政治體系發(fā)生變化,這些因素促使蘇聯(lián)決定從阿富汗撤軍。蘇聯(lián)通過(guò)日內(nèi)瓦談判、在阿推行"民族和解"政策、與美國(guó)接觸商談等策略謀求實(shí)現(xiàn)撤軍。由于蘇聯(lián)試圖維持撤軍后阿富汗形勢(shì)的穩(wěn)定,美國(guó)不斷對(duì)撤軍制造麻煩,人民民主黨政權(quán)一再阻撓或拖延撤軍,整個(gè)撤軍過(guò)程并非一帆風(fēng)順。
[Abstract]:When the Soviet Union invaded Afghanistan in 1979, the war plunged the Soviet Union into an unprecedented predicament in Afghanistan, with negative consequences within the Soviet Union and its international reputation. Foreign policy was also adversely affected by the changes in the ruling thinking of the upper ranks of the Soviet Communist Party and its political system in the mid-1980s, which prompted the Soviet Union to withdraw its troops from Afghanistan. Through the Geneva negotiations, the Soviet Union pursued the policy of "national reconciliation" in Afghanistan and reached out to the United States to achieve withdrawal. Because the Soviet Union tried to maintain the stability of the situation in Afghanistan after the withdrawal, the United States constantly created trouble for the withdrawal, the people's Democratic Party regime repeatedly obstructed or delayed the withdrawal, and the whole withdrawal process was not smooth sailing.
