【摘要】：目前,中國正在轉(zhuǎn)變外交政策,尤其是實踐新的外交政策原則,不再在國際事務(wù)上"不帶頭",而是要"引導(dǎo)"世界,甚至要為全球問題的解決提供"中國方案"。目前,中國存在不利于追求國際領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)力(發(fā)揮國際領(lǐng)導(dǎo)作用、奠定國際領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位)的內(nèi)在矛盾或者內(nèi)在局限,對全球的國際領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位的追求并非易事。中國的國際領(lǐng)導(dǎo)追求勢必由此受到內(nèi)在制約。中國必須努力克服這些內(nèi)在矛盾,進(jìn)而才能走向真正的國際領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:At present, China is changing its foreign policy, especially by practicing the new foreign policy principles, and instead of "not taking the lead" in international affairs, it wants to "guide" the world and even provide the "China solution" for the solution of global problems. At present, there are inherent contradictions or limitations in China's pursuit of international leadership power (giving play to international leadership and establishing international leadership), and the pursuit of global international leadership is not an easy task. China's pursuit of international leadership is bound to be subject to internal constraints. China must work hard to overcome these inherent contradictions in order to move towards true international leadership.
