【摘要】：2014年2月,烏克蘭危機(jī)爆發(fā)以來,俄烏兩國關(guān)系再次成為國內(nèi)外學(xué)界關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。由于烏克蘭地理位置的重要性,在歷史上就是東西方爭奪的要地,俄羅斯極力阻止烏克蘭投靠歐盟和北約,以保住烏克蘭作為俄羅斯與歐盟和北約之間的緩沖地帶;歐盟和北約希望烏克蘭的加入,為以后應(yīng)對俄羅斯增加砝碼。本文在地緣政治與地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)的理論基礎(chǔ)上通過對俄烏政治關(guān)系的特點(diǎn)、影響俄烏關(guān)系的內(nèi)部與外部因素和俄烏政治關(guān)系的轉(zhuǎn)變對地區(qū)和世界格局所造成影響的分析,最終對俄烏關(guān)系的前景作出科學(xué)的預(yù)測。
[Abstract]:Since the Ukraine crisis broke out in February 2014, the relationship between Russia and Ukraine has once again become the focus of academic attention at home and abroad. Because of the importance of the geographical position of Ukraine, it is the important place that the east and west contend for in the history, Russia strongly prevents Ukraine from turning to the European Union and NATO, in order to keep Ukraine as the buffer zone between Russia and the European Union and NATO; The EU and NATO want Ukraine to join, adding weight to Russia in the future. On the basis of the theory of geopolitics and geo-economy, this paper analyzes the influence of internal and external factors on the political relations between Russia and Ukraine and the change of political relations between Russia and Ukraine on the regional and world patterns through the characteristics of the political relations between Russia and Ukraine. Finally, the prospect of Russian-Ukrainian relations made a scientific prediction.
