【摘要】：在美國(guó)對(duì)非戰(zhàn)略日益明晰和國(guó)際社會(huì)對(duì)非洲關(guān)注顯著增強(qiáng)的背景下,首屆美非峰會(huì)在美國(guó)召開,這標(biāo)志著美國(guó)進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)對(duì)非關(guān)注,并將強(qiáng)化美非關(guān)系作為其對(duì)外政策的重要組成部分。峰會(huì)為雙方加強(qiáng)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、戰(zhàn)略合作提供重要平臺(tái),雙方在峰會(huì)中達(dá)成一系列重要成果,尤其是經(jīng)貿(mào)合作取得顯著進(jìn)展;但美非雙方各自的戰(zhàn)略訴求并未得到充分實(shí)現(xiàn),峰會(huì)前景仍值得觀望。隨著非洲在國(guó)際事務(wù)中的重要性日益提升,美國(guó)對(duì)非關(guān)注度也將顯著增加,美非關(guān)系必將深入發(fā)展。但美非雙方在合作領(lǐng)域、方式和理念等方面存在根本差異,且受到雙方所處的國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)的影響,因而具有一定的不確定性。
[Abstract]:The first US-Africa Summit was held in the United States against the background of the increasing clarity of the United States' strategy towards Africa and the significant increase in the international community's concern for Africa, which marks the United States' further strengthening of its concern for Africa. And to strengthen the United States and Africa relations as an important part of its foreign policy. The summit provided an important platform for the two sides to strengthen political, economic and strategic cooperation. The two sides reached a series of important achievements in the summit, especially the remarkable progress made in economic and trade cooperation. However, the strategic demands of the United States and Africa have not been fully realized. The outlook for the summit is still worth watching. With the increasing importance of Africa in international affairs, the attention of the United States to Africa will increase significantly, and the relationship between the United States and Africa will certainly develop in depth. However, the United States and Africa have fundamental differences in the fields, ways and ideas of cooperation, and are influenced by the international and domestic political and economic situation of both sides, so they have certain uncertainty.
